Each piece is created and shipped with great care, so all sales are considered final. Because of this, we’re unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.

That said, we always want you to feel cared for. In rare and extenuating circumstances, if a refund is granted at our discretion, a 5% processing fee will be deducted. Please note that shipping fees and any international duties or taxes are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed in USD at the exchange rate at the time of the refund. The cardholder is responsible for any exchange rate differences or bank fees.

Purchase for Personal Use Only 

Buyers may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation. If you are interested in selling art prints in your shop please use the contact form to start the process.

Shipping Info
Each order is prepared with love in my studio and ships within about 5 business days. Delivery usually varies depending on your location. FedEx is doing the deliveries so they are pretty speedy for the most part. If you would like your order expedited please contact info@staticmedium.com with your order number as soon as you have placed your order. You can upgrade your order directly with the print shop that prints and ships my art.

International Duty and Tax 

International friends: your package will be delivered by your local postal carrier once it reaches your country. On rare occasions, your country may add customs fees or tariffs, these are outside of my control, but thankfully, they don’t happen often.

Yes! All workshop attendees receive a lifetime membership of Amanda's online classes.

Does the price include transportation?

No, the price does not include transportation.

Can a beginner sign up?

Of course! Beginners are more than welcome to sign up. The first day of the workshop is dedicated to assessing everyone's skill levels.

Should I get travel insurance?

While it's ultimately your decision, we highly recommend obtaining travel insurance for your peace of mind.

Can I bring a friend or spouse who won't attend the workshop?

Yes, you can bring a friend or spouse. You'll have free time before and after the workshop to enjoy with your plus one.

Will I need a visa?

Depending on your home country, it's advisable to check with your local embassy regarding visa requirements.

Will I have free time?

Absolutely! You'll have ample free time after and before the classes to explore and enjoy at your own leisure.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that all payments are non-refundable. However, in the event of a workshop cancellation, you will be fully refunded 100%.

We strongly recommend purchasing traveler's insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances such as a family emergency, accident, or illness that may require you to cancel your trip.

We reserve the right to cancel a workshop at any time, for any reason. If we do cancel, you will receive a 100% refund. Please note that we are not responsible for any losses incurred due to non-refundable or non-transferable flights that may have already been purchased.

RESPONSIBILITIES: We are not held responsible in the event of flight delays, cancellations, or any circumstances that may cause your absence.

By signing up for the workshop, you consent to legal photos being taken of you throughout the event. If you have any objections to this, please kindly discuss your concerns with us.

We are not held responsible for personal choices made during your trip.

In the rare case of personal injuries or theft during your trip, we are not held responsible.
